Welcome to Majeztic Stylez! By continuing to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with all terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue browsing or using this website immediately.


Processing Times

  • Wigs: Processing may take 7–21 business days, depending on the wig. Custom wigs require additional time due to the intricacies involved.
  • Products: Processing takes 3–10 business days for all non-wig items.

Note: Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.


Shipping Information

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details about the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS).

Important Notes:

  1. Once your package is transferred to UPS or USPS, Majeztic Stylez is no longer responsible for the shipment.
  2. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier:
    • USPS Customer Service: 1 (800) 275-8777
    • UPS Customer Service: 1 (800) 742-5877
  3. Incorrect Addresses: Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Majeztic Stylez is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS or UPS.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used wigs.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • All wig sales are final.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at mjstylez@majezticstylez.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mjstylez@majezticstylez.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Initiate a return for the current item.
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Refunds may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at mjstylez@majezticstylez.com.


Purchase Pickups

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation notification. Customers are responsible for arranging their own pickup.

Third-Party Pickup:
If a customer authorizes a third party to collect the order on their behalf, Majeztic Stylez is no longer responsible for the item(s) once the authorized party receives them. By confirming pickup, the customer acknowledges that the order is complete and releases Majeztic Stylez from any further liability.
